Anderco


LBG-NGT, a specialist in temporary housing and facilities, built its reputation on three key pillars – safety, integrity and speed. Following the re-branding exercise, it was renamed “Anderco” with a contemporary identity to propel the brand towards overseas growth. To raise staff professionalism and educate them on the new brand, grooming sessions and sales training were conducted. The initiatives also helped empower staff to express the brand in a methodical yet engaging manner.
